Chris Gilliland made it a perfect debut on Monday, by kicking off Group A in completing a clean sweep with five wins from five, as Week 2 of Phase 6 of the Online Darts Live League commenced.
Northern Ireland’s Gilliland, got off the best possible start as he won all five of his matches to kick off Group A, after defeating Jarred Cole, Colin Osborne, Connor Scutt, Richie Burnett and Scott Marsh.
Elsewhere, Jarred Cole ended the day in 2nd on 6 points, with three players in Connor Scutt, Colin Osborne and Richie Burnett all ending on 4 points each, with Scutt finishing 3rd with a higher leg difference between the trio, as Scott Marsh ended bottom on 2 points.
Online Darts Live League continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Gilliland leading the way thus far. Play will begin at 9:30 GMT and will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
