By Joe Williams 08/06/2021

DARREN Beveridge was victorious on Monday as he completed a clean sweep with five wins from five, on the first of three days of Group A action as Week 3 of the Online Live League began.

Former Challenge Tour Event Winner, Beveridge, who was very impressive during Phase 1 of the Online Live League, dropped just eight legs across his five wins, with victories coming against Greg Ritchie, Niall Culleton, Robert Owen, Jamie Clark and Mike Warburton respectively.

Elsewhere, three players in Niall Culleton, Mike Warburton and Jamie Clark all ended the day with three wins from five, with Culleton ending in 2nd with a higher leg difference between the trio. Greg Ritchie and Robert Owen both lost their opening four matches and faced each other in the pair’s final game of the day, with Ritchie coming out on top, leaving Owen rock bottom on 0 points.

Modus Online Live League continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Beveridge leading the way thus far. Play will begin at 9:30 GMT and will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
