Neil Duff was victorious on Saturday as he crowned the winner of Week Three at the Modus Super Series, after defeating Bradly Roes in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 1st prize.
Duff, who entered the finale having won Group A earlier in the week, began the night by winning just one of his group phase matches, as he defeated Bradly Roes in his opener, before losing out to Stuart White.
The WDF World Champion did progress through to the Semi Finals, where he came up against Conan Whitehead and from there, he dispatched ‘The Barbarian’ 4-1 to book his place in the final.
In the decider, Duff came up against Bradly Roes, who’d defeated Matthew Dennant in the last four, and from there, the Northern Irishman defeated the Dutch teenager for the second time on the night, 4-1, to book his place in Champions Week for the first time and pick up the £5,000 weekly first prize.
The Modus Super Series returns on Monday with the start of Week Four, with the first of three days of Group A commencing, with the field including the likes of Kevin Painter and Christian Kist.
Play will commence from 9:30am BST and will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Sporty Stuff TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
