Conor Heneghan secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, despite only winning two of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.
Heneghan, who entered Wednesday’s play on 16 points from the opening two days of Group A, won two matches from five to top the group overall, as he recorded victories against Rhys Griffin and Mindaugas Barauskas, with his three defeats coming against Anton Ostlund, Benjamin Drue Reus and Leighton Bennett, to end on 20 points from a possible 30.

Elsewhere, Benjamin Drue Reus and Rhys Griffin will compete in Grouup B, after the pair narrowly missed out on an automatic spot through to Saturday’s finale by finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively overall on 20 points each, behind Heneghan on leg difference.
The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Owen Bates, Trina Gulliver and Harry Gregory.
Anton Ostlund, Mindaugas Barauskas and Leighton Bennett will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively overall, with Ostlund ending on 12 points, Barauskas on 10 points and Bennett on 8 points.
The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Ryan Harrington, Joe Croft and David Wawrzewski.
Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
