The Iceman will face defending champion Joe Cullen in the third match on Sunday afternoon, with the Rockstar starting his defence of the Hungarian Darts Trophy with victory over James Wade.

Jonny’s doubling got him through his battle with the Machine Gun, missing just 5 darts on the outer ring whilst also including a 114 checkout on tops, to secure the 11th and deciding leg in Budapest.

Peter Wright remains on the hunt for a 2nd Euro Tour title with a 6-3 victory over another player from Bradford in Scott Waites, who despite defeat again included 10 140s at the MVM Dome.
