Luke Extends MSS Lead

Luke Littler maintained his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after winning four of his five matches on Day Two as he looks to secure his place in Saturday’s finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.

Littler, who entered Tuesday’s play on 8 points from the opening day of Group A, won four matches from five again to remain top of the table.

The Nuke recorded victories against Willem Mandigers, Patrick Van den Boogaard, Sebastian Bialecki and Alexander Merkx, with his only defeat coming against Andy Boulton, to sit on 16 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Andy Boulton is currently the closest competitor to Littler, with ‘X-Factor’ sitting in 2^nd on 14 points, whilst Alexander Merkx and Sebastian Bialecki sit 3^rd and 4^th respectively on 10 points each, with Patrick Van den Boogaard sitting in 5^th on 8 points and Willem Mandigers bottom on 2 points.

The Modus Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Littler leading the way thus far. Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups for Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.

Play will begin at 9:30am BST on Wednesday and will be streamed live on The Modus YouTube channel, Sporty Stuff TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
