Sebastian Bialecki, Harry Ward, Andy Boulton, Alexander Merkx and Jelle Klaasen all secured their places into Saturday’s finale on Friday after coming through their respective groups at the Modus Super Series, to join Luke Littler, the winner of Group A earlier in the week.
Bialecki, who entered Friday’s play on 10 points from the opening day of Group C, topped the group overall, after winning four of his five matches, as he recorded victories against Patrick Van den Boogaard, Geoff Murray, Willem Mandigers and Richard Hosey, with his only defeat coming against Harry Ward, to finish on 18 points from a possible 20.

Elsewhere, Harry Ward also progressed through to Saturday’s finale, after finishing 2nd overall on 16 points, whilst Richard Hosey finished 3rd on 10 points, Patrick Van den Boogaard and Geoff Murray finishing 4th and 5th respectively on 8 points each and Willem Mandigers bottom on 0 points, having suffered ten defeats from ten.
In Group B, Andy Boulton topped the group overall, after completing a clean sweep with four wins from four, as he recorded victories against Mark Hylton, Alexander Merkx, Jordan Brooks and Jelle Klaasen, to finish on 14 points from a possible 16.
Elsewhere, Alexander Merkx and Jelle Klaasen also progressed through to Saturday’s finale, after finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively overall, with Merkx ending on 10 points and Klaasen on 8 points, whilst Jordan Brooks finished 4th on 6 points and Mark Hylton bottom on 2 points.
The Modus Super Series continues on Saturday with the conclusion of Week Nine with the six players battling it out for just one spot up for grabs at Champions Week, with play commencing from 7:30pm BST.
