Harrysson Eases Through To Champions Week Finale

Andreas Harrysson secured his place in Saturday’s Champions Week finale on Wednesday, after winning four of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.

Harrysson, who entered Wednesday’s play on 16 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall, after winning four matches from five for the third day in a row.

Dirty Harrysson recorded victories against Sebastian Bialecki, Conan Whitehead, Matthew Dennant and Steve West, with his only defeat coming against Rob Grundy, to end on 24 points from a possible 30.

Elsewhere, Rob Grundy and Conan Whitehead will compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively overall on 16 points each. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Darryl Pilgrim, Chris Quantock and Mareno Michels.

Matthew Dennant, Steve West and Sebastian Bialecki will all compete in Group C, after they finished 4^th, 5^th and 6^th respectively overall, with Dennant ending on 16 points, West on 14 points and Bialecki on 4 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Jim McEwan, Matt Clark and Anton Ostlund.

Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm GMT and Group B commencing from 10pm GMT.
