After their 19-17 home win over Gloucestershire in the opening fixture of the season in division three of the UKDA National League and then suffering a 25-11 away defeat against Northumberland, Shropshire will be hoping to return to winning ways this coming weekend when they will be entertaining Wirral.
However it will be no easy task for the home side as their opponents are currently riding high placed second in the divisional table with forty-four points and are some five places above their hosts and have eleven points more than them.
