BEAU Greaves, reigning two-time WDF Women’s World Champion will open her 2024 WDF Lakeside World Championship account against either Amanda Loch or Kirsi Viinikainen as she looks to successfully defend her World title.
Men’s top seed Danny Porter, the first Australian to be top seed since Tony David, will start his campaign against either Belgium’s François Schweyen or compatriot Michael Cassar.
2022 Men’s World Champion Neil Duff will take on either Darren Johnson or Reece Colley. The new WDF World No.1, Jimmy van Schie, will make his first appearance on the Lakeside stage against either Patrik Kovacs or Bjorn Lejon.
In the women’s draw, 2023 runner-up Aileen de Graaf will start off with an intriguing tie against either Lorraine Hyde or Mayumi Ouchi.
Four-time World Champion Lisa Ashton, meanwhile, starts in the Last 24 against Scottish teenager Sophie McKinlay. The winner of that tie will meet Germany’s Irina Armstrong in the Last 16.
In the expanded Boys tournament, top seed Jenson Walker has been drawn against fellow England talent Mason Teese in his first game. In the Girls Championship, defending champion Aurora Fochesato faces Sophie McKinlay with top seed Paige Pauling taking on Jentl Fransen.
The 2024 WDF Lakeside World Championships begin on Friday, November 29th at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green. Finals day on December 8th will see four champions crowned across the Men’s, Women’s Boys and Girls tournaments.

Playing Schedule
The playing schedule for the 2024 WDF Lakeside World Championship will be released on or before Friday 8th November.
WDF Rules
Should any player withdraw from the 2024 WDF World Championship after the draw has been made, but before the first game of the tournament has started, that invitation will be extended to the next available highest ranked player from that WDF Race Table as of Monday 28th October 2024.
The incoming player will directly replace the player that has withdrawn from the tournament in the draw.
Should the incoming player replace a seeded player in the draw, the incoming player would only be eligible for first round prize money and first round ranking points should they be defeated in their first match.
