Midlands Sides Ready Themselves for Tough UKDA Fixtures

Play the Pro Darts Scorer

Two of the Midlands sides are preparing for difficult encounters in the next UKDA National League rubber. Warwickshire and West Midlands are both tacking on higher placed outfits.

This coming weekend in the Cosmo Darts Premier Division of the UKDA National League, Warwickshire will be playing hosts to Hampshire at the Hen Lane District and Social Club.

Prior to the fixture Warwickshire are eighth in the division on seventy-four points from four games while their visitors are fifth with ninety-seven points but from five games. After a bye in the recent round of fixtures, Warwickshire will be looking to get back on track with a win to lift them up the table and hoping to secure that win will be:

Men’s ‘B’:- Mark Carter, Adam Hancock, Dave Hill, Jnr Joyce, Karl Reynolds, Mark Faulkner, Mark Martin, Mark Strong, Will Naylor, Ryan Jackson, Wayne Mynard, Lee Miller, Reserves:- Ian Shaw, Jack Wareing,Noah Rose, Zac Prince, Lloyd Jackson, Taylor McGuckian,

Women’s ‘A’:- Wendy Adams, Marian Conway, Kirsty Hinchliffe, Wendy Adams, Donna Pinch, Courtney Hine

Women’s ‘B’:– Nina Bolt, Caroline Pike, Denise Keyte, Jodie Rigg, Kacie O’Connor, Chloe McKivett-Saunders, Reserves:- Natalie Gilbert.

In their recent fixture with Devon in the L-Style Division, West Midlands had a 22-14 home win but their fixture this coming weekend will be a tough ask as they will be taking on the current divisional leaders Middlesex at the Tithe Farm Sports and Social Club, 151 Rayners Lane, South Harrow, Middlesex, HA2 0XH.

Going into the fixture West Midlands are placed seventh on eighty-four points from four games while their table topping opponents are on one hundred points from the same four games. A win for the Midlanders would be a real morale boosting result and would move them further away from the relegation zone.
