The 40 nations competing in the 2025 BetVictor World Cup of Darts have been confirmed after Lithuania and Finland secured qualification last weekend.
PDC Nordic & Baltic ProTour Events Seven and Eight took place in Finland across Saturday and Sunday, following which the top ranked players on the PDCNB Order of Merit booked their places at the World Cup of Darts.
Former World Championship quarter-finalist Darius Labanauskas will team up with Mindaugas Barauskas for a seventh successive year, while Finland will be represented by Teemu Harju and Marko Kantele for a second consecutive year.
Last weekend’s PDC Nordic and Baltic action also saw Andreas Hyllgaardshus, Valters Melderis and Kent Jøran Sivertsen secure qualification for Denmark, Latvia and Norway respectively.
Pairings for nations with players on the PDC Order of Merit will be confirmed following Tuesday’s Players Championship 16.
Pairings for Spain, Gibraltar and Hungary will be confirmed at upcoming national qualifying events.
The 2025 BetVictor World Cup of Darts will be staged at Frankfurt’s Eissporthalle from June 12-15, as 40 teams compete for the coveted title and a £450,000 prize fund.
