Boris Krcmar took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, with Week 10 of Series 11 commencing at the Modus Super Series.
Former PDC Tour Card Holder, Krcmar, who was making his debut at the Super Series, made an excellent start by taking the early lead in Group A after winning four matches from five, as he recorded victories against Niels Heinsoe, Dan Astbury, Devon Petersen and Richie Burnett, with his only defeat coming against Ryan Branley, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, Ryan Branley also ended the day on 8 points, but sits in 2nd behind Krcmar on leg difference, whilst Devon Petersen sits in 3rd on 6 points, Richie Burnett in 4th on 4 points, with Dan Astbury and Niels Heinsoe sitting 5th and 6th respectively on 2 points each.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Krcmar leading the way thus far.
