Darts stars will embark on a 24-hour darts challenge on Friday 11th July from 3:00 pm, aiming to hit a cumulative score of 1,000,001 points in a continuous livestream fundraising event.
The initiative supports Target darts organisation’s official charity partner, Alex TLC, which provides vital assistance to individuals affected by leukodystrophies – a group of rare, degenerative genetic disorders that primarily impact the central nervous system.
The event will be hosted live by InTheMudSports and will bring together a vibrant mix of professional players, online personalities, and darts enthusiasts. Among those confirmed to take part are crowd favourites Scott Williams and John O’Shea, along with several prominent digital content creators from the darting world.
Spectators tuning in will not only witness non-stop darts but also enjoy a variety of live activities including charity auctions, interactive games, and even the chance to compete virtually against professional players.
All proceeds from the livestream will go directly to Alex TLC (The Leukodystrophy Charity). This organisation provides specialised care and advocacy for individuals living with leukodystrophies – conditions that can cause a range of debilitating symptoms such as vision and speech impairment, reduced mobility, cognitive decline, and, in many cases, severely shortened life expectancy. Though the condition affects people of all ages, it is most prevalent among children.
The charity was inspired by the personal experience of Karen Harrison, whose son was diagnosed with the condition. Her story continues to drive the mission of Alex TLC to ensure that no family affected by leukodystrophy faces the journey alone.
In addition to raising funds, the event seeks to boost awareness of this little-known group of disorders, underlining the power of sport – and community – to make a meaningful impact. Supporters can donate, follow the action, and learn more about the cause via Target Darts’ official Just Giving page link below:

Whether tuning in for the darts or the cause, participants will be part of something far greater than just a scoreline – one that could help transform lives.
