Joe Croft took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, as Week Seven of Series 12 commenced at the Modus Super Series.
Croft, who last appeared at the Super Series back in June, made a long-awaited return by taking the early lead in Group A, after winning four of his five matches, as he recorded victories against Jason Heaver, Conor Heneghan, Zereso Zeverboom and Jamie Owens, with his only defeat coming against Jeff Smith, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, Jeff Smith also ended the day on 8 points, but sits in 2nd behind Croft on leg difference, whilst Jamie Owens sits in 3rd on 6 points, Zereso Zeverboom in 4th on 4 points, with Conor Heneghan & Jason Heaver sitting 5th and 6th respectively on 2 points each.

The MODUS Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Croft leading the way thus far.
