Krcmar Clings On To MSS Lead

Boris Krcmar maintained his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after winning three of his five matches on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.

Krcmar, who entered Tuesday’s play on 10 points from the opening day of Group A, won three matches from five to remain at the top of the table, as he recorded victories against Robert Thornton, George Monios and Jake Jones, with his two defeats coming against Daniel Larsson and Tom Sykes, to sit on 16 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Tom Sykes is the closest competitor to Krcmar, with the Englishman also sat on 16 points but sits just behind in 2^nd due to leg difference, whilst Daniel Larsson sits in 3^rd on 14 points, Robert Thornton in 4^th on 8 points, George Monios in 5^th on 4 points and Jake Jones bottom on 2 points.

The MODUS Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Krcmar leading the way thus far.

Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups in Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.
