The 2026 ADC Men’s Winmau Championship is shaping up to be the biggest yet, following the announcement that the premier competition will span two regions – North and South.
It’s yet another major leap forward for the ADC, an organisation still in its relative infancy but already making ground-breaking strides in developing, restructuring, and expanding what is fast becoming a truly global sport.

While the PDC continues to break new global ground – with its recent revelation that the world’s elite will be heading to Saudi Arabia next year – the ADC remains firmly focused on the grassroots: the beating heart and birthplace of tomorrow’s stars. And right now, they’re knocking those objectives clean out of the park.
Next season, the Winmau Championship will be split across two venues. In the North, players will battle it out at the Middlesbrough Sports Village. Down South, it’s the now-iconic Bradmoor Farm in Aylesbury – a venue that needs no introduction, though we’ve just given it one anyway.
As with this year, the competition will consist of four events per batch. But here’s the clever bit: the three weekends for each region don’t overlap. Meaning, if you’ve got the stamina and the petrol money, you can compete in both and double your chances. It’s like sticking a fiver on both Celtic and Rangers to win the Scottish Premier League – a can’t-lose scenario.
Once all the singing, dancing, and chucking is done, the top 16 from both the North and South regions will qualify for the Grand Finals at the MODUS Live Lounge in Portsmouth – and yes, it’ll be live on Pluto TV. Naturally, every competitor’s next question is about the money – and it’s music to the ears of amateur arrow-smiths. The 2026 prize fund has been boosted to a hefty £78,000, split into £34,000 per region, with the remaining £10,000 reserved for the showdown.
To sweeten the deal, the top two from each region will receive golden tickets to the ADC Global Championships, which contains a pot of gold worth a staggering £150,000.
There is also an almost carbon copy for the Ladies:

So, if you fancy a weekend of competitive chucking for cash, ranking points, and bragging rights – whether you’re closer to Middlesbrough, Aylesbury, or just fancy doing the full circuit – here’s what you need to jot down in the diary:
NORTH (Middlesbrough Sports Village)
18–19 April – Tour Events 1–4
27–28 June – Tour Events 5–8
5–6 September – Tour Events 9–12
SOUTH (Bradmoor Farm, Aylesbury)
7–8 February – Tour Events 1–4
9–10 May – Tour Events 5–8
8–9 August – Tour Events 9–12
The ADC continues to prove itself as the amateur tungsten gift that keeps on giving. Not their slogan – just a fitting way to wrap things up.
