Thorpe and Hall Lead MSS Groups

Tyler Thorpe and Graham Hall took the early lead on Thursday in ending Day One of their respective groups, top, as they look to join Steve Green in Saturday’s finale at the Modus Super Series.

Thorpe, who was making his debut at the Super Series, made a perfect start by taking the early lead in Group C after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five as he recorded victories against Devon Petersen, Alexander Masek, Nicolas Thuillier, Reece Colley and Joe Murnan, to sit on a maximum 10 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Joe Murnan ended the day in 2^nd on 6 points, whilst Reece Colley, Alexander Masek and Nicolas Thuillier sit 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th respectively on 4 points each, with Devon Petersen sitting bottom on 2 points. 

In Group B, Graham Hall took the early lead after completing a clean sweep with four wins from four, as he recorded victories against Harry Ward, Jarred Cole, Alec Small and Carl Sneyd, to sit on a maximum 8 points from a possible 8 thus far. 

Elsewhere, Alec Small and Harry Ward ended the night 2^nd and 3^rd respectively on 4 points each, whilst Carl Sneyd and Jarred Cole sit 4^th and 5^th on 2 points each.

The Modus Super Series continues on Friday with players continuing to battle out as they aim to join Steve Green in Saturday’s finale, with Thorpe and Hall taking the early lead thus far. Group C will commence from 1pm GMT and Group B will commence from 10pm GMT.
