Richard Rowlands took the early lead on Monday in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning three of his five matches, with the inaugural Seniors Showdown week commencing at the Modus Super Series.
Rowlands, who last appeared at the Super Series back in October, made his return by taking the early lead in Group A, after winning three matches from five.

The recorded victories against Michael Huntley, Neil Duff and Robert Thornton, with his two defeats coming against Steve West and Richie Howson, to sit on 6 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, three players in Richie Howson, Steve West and Neil Duff also ended the day on 6 points each, but sit 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively on leg difference, whilst Michael Huntley sits in 5th on 4 points and Robert Thornton bottom on 2 points.
The Modus Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Rowlands leading the way thus far.
