Super Series Secures Top Brand Backing

Play the Pro Darts Scorer

For those of us keen to see opportunity expand and experience but democratised to more players from more back grounds than ever before, the MODUS Super Series had played a remarkable role over the post pandemic surge in all things darts.

Whether it be allowing players to earn a living, and continue high level head to head competition during COVID,, providing Luke Littler with a launchpad for his already smouldering talent, or simply giving stage, camera and audience experience to many more players each and every year, the MSS has had a hugely positive effect on our game.

It is not surprise then to see that one of the biggest brand holders in darts – NODOR International – had stepped up its backing of the constantly evolving Portsmouth based event.

The DartsWorld team are currently working on a feature piece provisionally titled ‘The MODUS Effect’ for our next print issue and so are delighted to see it supported and assured until 2030 and beyond as was announced earlier today :

The MODUS Super Series has secured a significant, forward-thinking extension to its enduring alliance with Nodor International, the globally revered parent company of Winmau and Red Dragon. The renewed five-year agreement emphatically reinforces Winmau’s position as the Official Dartboard Partner of the Super Series, cementing a collaboration that has become foundational to the competition’s identity.

This is not merely a contractual continuation – it is a declaration of shared ambition.

As the MODUS Super Series continues its ascent as one of the sport’s most dynamic and accessible televised platforms, the partnership ensures that Winmau’s industry-defining Blade series dartboards remain the competitive epicentre of over 5,000 matches broadcast annually via Pluto TV and an expanding portfolio of international partners. The extension also ushers in a deeper fusion of digital storytelling, enhanced social media activation, and immersive content strategies designed to amplify engagement across global audiences.

Chris Murphy, CEO and Executive Producer of the MODUS Super Series, said:

“Winmau and Red Dragon have supported the MODUS Super Series since its inception. This five-year commitment represents a statement of intent and underlines our shared vision to elevate the game – for players, fans, and broadcasters.”

The Super Series has evolved into a year-round proving ground where emerging prodigies and established elite performers compete within a meticulously produced, broadcast-driven ecosystem. Its international footprint continues to expand, its competitive integrity intensifying with every iteration. This renewed accord further entrenches its standing as one of darts’ most influential and structurally significant platforms.

Tom Brown, CEO of Nodor International, added:

“We’re thrilled to extend our partnership with the MODUS Super Series and support their incredible growth. The professionalism, innovation, and energy they’ve brought to the sport align perfectly with our company values. This deal ensures players continue to compete at the highest level using the best dartboards in the world and it continues Winmau’s daily presence in televised darts.”

With a heritage dating back to 1919 and headquartered in Bridgend, South Wales, Nodor International remains the pre-eminent global authority in darts equipment. Its brands are distributed across 128 countries and trusted by multiple PDC World Champions, ensuring excellence resonates from grassroots leagues to the sport’s grandest stages.

This extension is more than a partnership renewal. It is a reaffirmation of quality, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to the sport’s future.
