Mould Marches Into MSS Darts Finale

Adam Mould secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after winning two of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the MODUS Super Series. 

Mould, who entered Wednesday’s play on 16 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall after winning two of his five matches, as he recorded victories against Patrick Dekker and Scott Mitchell, with his three defeats coming against Dylan Slevin, Neil Duff and Colin McCaughern, to end on 20 points from a possible 30 overall.

Elsewhere, Neil Duff (above) and Dylan Slevin will both compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively overall, with Duff ending on 20 points and narrowly missing out on top spot due to leg difference whilst Slevin ended on 18 points. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Fallon Sherrock, Andy Hamilton and James Buckby. 

Scotty Dog Drops Back

Scott Mitchell, Colin McCaughern and Patrick Dekker will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4^th, 5^th and 6^th respectively overall, with Mitchell ending on 16 points, McCaughern on 10 points and Dekker on 6 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Kevin Painter, Martin Thomas and Ciaran Forde.  

The MODUS Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm GMT and Group B commencing from 10pm GMT.
