Ben Robb Secures Spot in MODUS Darts Super Series Finale

NEW ZEALAND darts star Ben Robb secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series .

Robb, who entered Wednesday’s play on 12 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall after winning all five of his matches, as he recorded victories against Danny Van Trijp, William Borland, Raymond Mulvey, Steve West and Wesley Van Trijp, to end on 22 points from a possible 30 overall.

Elsewhere, William Borland and Steve West will both compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively overall, with Borland ending on 22 points and narrowly missing out on top spot due to leg difference, whilst West ended on 18 points. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Steve Beaton, Keegan Brown and Gemma Hayter.

Raymond Mulvey, Wesley Van Trijp and Danny Van Trijp will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4^th, 5^th and 6^th respectively overall, with Mulvey ending on 14 points, Wesley Van Trijp on 10 points and Danny Van Trijp on 4 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Simon Stevenson, Jarred Cole and Scott Robertson.

The Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
