Simon Stevenson was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week 11 at Modus Super Series darts, after defeating Ben Robb in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 top prize.
Simon, who entered the finale having won Group C on Thursday and Friday, began the night by winning just one of his two group phase matches, as he firstly defeated William Borland before suffering a defeat to Steve West. However, ‘The Mirror Man’ did progress through to the Semi Finals, where he came up against Jarred Cole and from there, Stevenson defeated his compatriot, 4-1, to book his place in the final.
