Colin Osborne, Ciaran Teehan, Chas Barstow, Nick Kenny and Andy Hamilton all secured their places in Saturday’s finale on Friday after coming through their respective groups at the Online Darts Live League, to join Josh Payne, the winner of Group A earlier in the week.
Teehan, who entered Friday’s play on 6 points from the opening day of Group C, won three of his five matches again as he topped the group overall, after recording victories over Alan Tabern, Dom Taylor and Colin Osborne, with defeats coming against Martin Thomas and Peter Jacques.
Elsewhere, Colin Osborne also secured his place in Saturday’s finale, after finishing 2nd overall on 12 points, and edging past Peter Jacques, who also ended on 12 points overall, but finished behind Osborne on leg difference, as Alan Tabern and Martin Thomas finished 4th and 5th respectively on 10 points each and Dom Taylor bottom on 4 points.
In Group B, it was Chas Barstow who topped the group overall, after winning three of his four matches, as he recorded victories over Lisa Ashton, Andy Hamilton and Scott Walters, with his only defeat coming against Nick Kenny as he ended on 12 points from a possible 16.
Elsewhere, Nick Kenny and Andy Hamilton also secured their places into Saturday’s finale, after finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively overall, with Scott Walters and Lisa Ashton missing out by finishing 4th and 5th.
Online Darts Live League continues on Saturday with the conclusion of Week 4 with the six players battling it out for the 3 spots up for grabs for a place in Champions Week, with play commencing from 10:00pm GMT. Play will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
