Ryan Furness was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week 3 at the Online Darts Live League, after defeating Darryl Pilgrim in the final and securing a place in Champions Week, with Ciaran Teehan also advancing in winning the 3rd place playoff.
Furness, who entered the finale having topped Group C on Thursday and Friday, won just one of his group phase matches in defeating Paul Hogan, before losing to Ciaran Teehan, but still progressed through to the Semi Finals, where he came up against Josh Richardson, and came out a 4-1 victor to book his place in the final and a guaranteed spot at Champions Week.
In the decider, Furness took on Darryl Pilgrim with nothing separating the pair in the early stages of the tie, but Furness eventually came out a 4-2 victor to take the Week 3 crown of Phase 3 heading into Champions Week in a fortnight.
Elsewhere, beaten Semi Finalists Ciaran Teehan and Josh Richardson competed in a 3rd place playoff, with the winner joining Furness and Pilgrim in Champions Week, with Teehan coming out a 4-2 victor over Richardson.
Online Darts Live League returns on Tuesday with Week 4 commencing with the first of three days of Group A, with the field to be announced in due course. Play will commence from 9:30am BST and will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
