MIKE Warburton and Kurt Parry took the early lead on Thursday in ending Day 1 of their respective groups, top, as they look to join Neil Duff in Saturday’s finale at the Online Darts Live League.
Parry, who featured in the opening two phases of the Live League in 2022, made his return by taking the early lead in Group C, after winning three of his five matches, in recording victories over Stu Wilson, Steve Brown and Dan Read, with defeats coming against Andy Jenkins and Mark McGeeney.
Elsewhere, Dan Read and Mark McGeeney also ended the day on 6 points each, but sit behind Parry on leg difference, with Steve Brown, Andy Jenkins and Stu Wilson sitting 4th, 5th and 6th respectively on 4 points each.
In Group B, nothing separated the five players, with them all ending the night on 4 points each, but Mike Warburton tops the table with the highest leg difference out of all the players.
Online Darts Live League continues on Friday with players continuing to battle out as they aim to join Neil Duff in Saturday’s finale, with taking the early lead thus far. Group C will commence from 9:30am BST and Group B will commence from 10pm BS. Play will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
