David Pallett secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after winning four of his five matches, as Group A came to a close, with the fields being confirmed for Groups B and C.
Pallett, who entered Wednesday’s play in 3rd on 12 points from the opening two days of Group A, won four matches from five for the 2nd day in a row, as he recorded victories over Jelle Klaasen, Keelan Kay, Lee Cocks and Robert Owen, with his only defeat coming against Colin Osborne, to end on 20 points from a possible 30.
Elsewhere, despite also ending on 20 points overall, Jelle Klaasen narrowly missed out on an automatic spot in Saturday’s finale, after finishing 2nd on leg difference and will compete in Group B alongside Robert Owen, who finished 3rd overall on 16 points. Joining them in Group B will be Arron Monk, Nick Kenny and Jamie Kelling.
Colin Osborne, Keelan Kay and Lee Cocks will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively, with Osborne and Kay ending on 14 points each and Cocks finishing on 6 points. The trio will be joined in Group C by Tony Newell, Jamie Durrant and Adam Atkinson.
Online Darts Live League continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 9:30am BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST. Play will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
