Graham Usher was victorious on Saturday as he crowned the winner of Week 7 at the Modus Super Series, after defeating David Pallett in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 1st prize.
Usher, who entered the finale having won Group B on Thursday & Friday, won both of his Group Phase matches, in defeating David Pallett and Dan Read to book his place in the Semi Finals, where he came up against Martin Thomas, and dispatched the Welshman 4-1 to seal his place in the final.
In the final, Usher took on David Pallett for the second time on the night, with the winner sealing a place at Champions Week. Once again, Usher defeated Pallett, this time 4-1, to book his place in Champions Week later on in the year, picking up the Week 7 crown and the £5,000 first prize.
The Modus Super Series returns on Monday with the start of Week 8, with the first of three days of Group A commencing, with the field to be announced in due course. Play will commence from 9:30am GMT and will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
