Johnny Haines was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week 11 at the Modus Super Series, after defeating Neil Duff in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 1st prize.
Haines, who entered the finale having won Group A earlier in the week, won both of his group phase matches, as he defeated Mark Lawrence and Paul Linwood to reach the Semi Finals, where he came up against Kevin Edwards, and came out a 4-1 victor to book his place in the final.
In the decider, Haines came up against Neil Duff, who’d defeated Mark Lawrence in the previous round, and the 58-year-old from Swindon dispatched the WDF World Champion, 4-1, to take the Week 11 crown, secure his place in Champions Week next month, as well as picking up the £5,000 weekly 1st prize.
