Landman Confirms Finale Place

Chris Landman secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after winning three of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.

Landman, who entered Wednesday’s play on 14 points from the opening two days of Group A, won three matches from five to top the group overall, as he recorded victories against Robin Beger, Jelle Klaasen and David Davies, with his two defeats coming against Johan Van Velzen and Andy Jenkins, to end on 20 points from a possible 30.

Elsewhere, David Davies and Andy Jenkins will compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively overall, with Davies also ending on 20 points, but finishing behind Landman on leg difference, whilst Jenkins ended on 16 points. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Fallon Sherrock, Lukas Wenig and Pete Burgoyne.

Jelle Klaasen, Johan Van Velzen and Robin Beger will compete in Group C, after finishing 4^th, 5^th and 6^th respectively overall, with Klaasen and Van Velzen ending on 14 points each, whilst Beger ended on 6 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Cam Crabtree, Stu Wilson and Adam Atkinson.

Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
