Jack’s The Lad for Team 360

Winmau Team 360 are pleased to announce the new signing of Jack Nankervis, with the youngster topping the Junior Darts Corporation Foundation Tour Order of Merit in 2023 and securing an Advanced Tour: Tour Card for next year.

“I am delighted to sign for Winmau Team 360, I am looking forward to next year in the Advanced Tour after winning 6 Events this year and coming top of the Order of Merit.”

Jack comes from Saint Buryan, a little village in Cornwall where he started playing darts at just 18 months, with his dad confirming a natural ability from Day 1. Aged 8 he began to play in the JDC Paignton Academy, having to drive 2 hours to play as Ye Olde Roundham Club was his closest venue to travel too.

Nankervis also joined the Devon County Youth team at 8 years old, with the youngster starting to thrive in his darting career after the COVID 19 Pandemic. He went on to become the youngest winner of a JDC Foundation Tour after he beat Winmau player Riley Rees Tucker 5-3 in the Final of Tour 7 in Coventry.

The new Team 360 signing included a 130 checkout in winning his maiden Foundation Tour title and has since gone on to add another 5 competition wins.

The natural ability from such a young age is there to be seen, winning three competitions over a weekend’s action back in April whilst also taking home the England Boys Grand Prix including a 96.97 average to defeat Daniel Stephenson 4-0 in the Semi Finals.

Nankervis didn’t drop a single leg from the Quarter Finals onwards, beating fellow Team 360 player Fabian Tapner and Alfie Busby in the Final.

Jack will appear at the JDC Super 16 Finals this Saturday having finished 5th in the Super 16 Order of Merit, with the likes of Luke Littler and Keane Barry winning this event in the past.

The Cornwall based player will compete next year on the JDC Advanced Tour and with it, also comes a spot at the upcoming Holiday Inn Express Junior Darts Championship in Gibraltar this December.

Winmau Team 360 Chairman Steve Brown spoke on Nankervis’ arrival saying: “The talent Jack possesses is remarkable, winning his first JDC Foundation Tour at just 12 years of age and that’s something no-one else can say. I am sure with the help of Team 360 we will see even more development in his game, and I look forward to what the future holds.”

Jack Nankervis is a player to watch out for in the future, hitting ridiculous averages already and now having the backing of Winmau Team 360.
