Shane McGuirk maintained his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five on Day Two and looks set to secure his place in Saturday’s finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.

McGuirk, who entered Tuesday’s play on a maximum 10 points from the opening day of Group A, won all five of his matches again to remain top of the table by a clear distance.

The Arrow recorded victories against Jonny Barnes, Timothy Verbrugghe, Adam Mould, Nathan Girvan and Lisa Ashton, to sit on a staggering 20 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Jonny Barnes is the closest competitor to McGuirk, with the Englishman sitting in 2^nd overall on 12 points, whilst Nathan Girvan and Adam Mould sit 3^rd and 4^th respectively on 10 points each, with Timothy Verbrugghe sitting 5^th on 6 points and Lisa Ashton bottom on 2 points.

The Modus Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with McGuirk leading the way thus far.

Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups during Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.

Play will begin at 9:30am GMT on Wednesday and will be streamed live on The Modus YouTube channel, Sporty Stuff TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
