Roes Secures MSS Finale Spot

Bradly Roes secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after winning four of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.

Roes, who entered Wednesday’s play on 12 points from the opening two days of Group A, came from behind to overcome previous group leaders David Cameron and John Michael and top the group overall.

The Dutchman recorded victories against John Michael, David Cameron, Jim McEwan and Michael Huntley, with his only defeat coming against Ivo Leeksma, to end on 20 points from a possible 30.

Elsewhere, John Michael and David Cameron will compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively overall, with Michael ending on 20 points and Cameron on 16 points. The pair will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Andy Hamilton, Jeff Smith and Tommy Morris.

Jim McEwan, Ivo Leeksma and Michael Huntley will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4^th, 5^th and 6^th respectively overall, with McEwan and Leeksma ending on 14 points each and Huntley on 8 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Jenson Walker, Alan Norris and Shane Hayward.

The Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm GMT and Group B commencing from 10pm GMT.
