Bradly Roes was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week Three at the Modus Super Series, after defeating David Cameron in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 top prize.
Roes, who entered the finale having won Group A earlier in the week, began the night by winning both of his group phase matches, as he defeated Jenson Walker and David Cameron in last leg deciders to progress through to the Semi Finals.
In the final four the Dutchman came up against Andy Hamilton, who has been celebrating his 57th birthday this week, and from there, Roes dispatched ‘The Hammer’ 4-1 to book his place in the final.
In the decider, Roes came up against David Cameron for the second time on the night, who’d defeated fellow compatriot Jeff Smith in the last four, and once again, the Dutchman was victorious by defeating the Canadian 4-2 to seal his place in Champions Week and picking up the £5,000 weekly first prize.
The Modus Super Series returns on Monday with the start of Week Four, with the first of three days of Group A commencing, with the field including the defending Super Series Champion Scott Taylor.
Play will commence from 9:30am GMT and will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Sporty Stuff TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
