Michael Smith’s Sheffield victory sees confirmation of the fixtures for the 2024 BetMGM Premier League Play-Offs. The Bullyboy’s quarterfinal victory over Nathan Aspinall had already seen him through to the Play-off night but the former World Champion rounded things off in style by claiming a second nightly victory.
His reward will be a semi-final match up with teenage sensation Luke Littler who has finished top of the group stage after a sensational debut effort. The second semi-final will feature 7-time Premier League winner, and reigning champion, MVG versus World Champion, and Number 1, Luke Humphries.
