Andy Davidson took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, with Week 11 of Series Nine commencing at the Modus Super Series.
Davidson, who last competed at the Super Series back in August, made his return by taking the early lead in Group A, after winning four matches from five in the highly international group.
The Scot recorded victories against Jim Long, Conor Heneghan, Cedric Waegemans and Mareno Michels, with his only defeat coming against Johnny Haines, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, Mareno Michels also ended the day on 8 points, but sits in 2nd behind Davidson due to leg difference, whilst Johnny Haines sits in 3rd on 6 points, Jim Long in 4th on 4 points, with Conor Heneghan and Cedric Waegemans sitting 5th and 6th respectively on 2 points each.
The Modus Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Davidson leading the way thus far.
