The Bolt and Beau Claim Development Tour Openers

Play the Pro Darts Scorer

Sebastian Bialecki and Beau Greaves were victorious on Friday, in winning Winmau Development Tour Events One & Two respectively, as the opening weekend of the PDC’s Youth Tour season commenced at the Marshall Arena, Milton Keynes.

A PDC Development Tour season sees players aged 16-24 compete across a number of weekends a year in a total of 24 events, with the top two players from the 2025 Order of Merit securing themselves a two-year PDC Tour Card for 2026/27 and a place at the 2025/26 World Darts Championship.

Bialecki, who won a two-year PDC Tour Card via the Development Tour last year, was victorious in Event One, as he reached the final firstly by recording victories against Damon Medema, Cody Crabtree, Jake Seymour, Lewis Gurney, Jenson Walker, Jannes Bremermann and James Beeton, to set up a clash with Owen Bates.

The final began with Bialecki racing into a 3-0 lead, with winning legs coming in 19,16 and 19 darts respectively, before Bates ended the run with a 16 dart hold of throw to pick up his first leg of the tie. The pair then held throw for the following three legs, which saw Bialecki seal the victory in Leg Seven with a 15-darter to pick up a sixth Development Tour title of his career.

In Event Two, Beau Greaves was victorious, as she reached the final firstly by recording victories against Kyle Manton, Alfie Cox, Cole Davey, Brad Phillips, Cayden Smith, Lennert Faes, Adam Gawlas and Daniel Perry, to set up a clash with Levy Frauenfelder.

Nothing separated the pair in the early stages of the final, as the tie was level at 2apiece after four legs, before Greaves won back-to-back legs in 14 and 19 darts respectively to move 4-2 ahead and within one of victory. Frauenfelder did pull one leg back, before Greaves sealed the victory in Leg Eight with a 15 darter to continue her excellent start to 2025 and picking up a second Development Tour of her career.

The PDC Winmau Development Tour weekend continues on Saturday, with Events Three & Four taking place in Milton Keynes, with play commencing at 10:30 GMT, as all live scores and results can be viewed at tv.dartconnect.com.
