Wizard Waltzes Into MSS Finale

Colin Osborne secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after winning four of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.

Osborne, who entered Wednesday’s play on 18 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall, after winning four matches from five, as he recorded victories against Donny Scheurwater, Barry Copeland, Peter Wachiuri and Noa-Lynn Van Leuven, with his only defeat coming against Leonard Gates, to end on 26 points from a possible 30 overall.

Elsewhere, Leonard Gates and Barry Copeland will both compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2^nd and 3^rd respectively overall, with Gates ending on 18 points and Copeland on 16 points. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Jamie Lewis, Scott Campbell and Gemma Hayter.

Noa-Lynn Van Leuven, Peter Wachiuri and Donny Scheurwater will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4^th, 5^th and 6^th respectively overall, with Van Leuven ending on 14 points, Wachiuri on 10 points and Scheurwater on 6 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Kevin Burness, Martin Thomas and Karl Coleman.

The Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm GMT and Group B commencing from 10pm GMT. Play will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Pluto TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
