Mighty Mike leads Varied Winmau Launch

Red Dragon Darts

The Winmau 2023 collection was released on Thursday, with the biggest manufacturer in the world of arrows including new player custom darts, as well as a vast array of accessories, surrounds, player shirts and custom flights ahead of the 2023 darting season.

Michael van Gerwen has excelled in 2022 having won a third World Matchplay crown as well as his sixth Grand Slam and Premier League titles. The Dutchman is raring to go next year with his brand new MVG design Trilogy darts, with the World Championship a perfect opportunity for the three-time winner to show just how good they are.

Winmau dart design expert Lee Huxtable has included features such as Axis Grip Control and Onyx Coating, with the inspiration coming from the Exact model and the Vlijmen ace’s major title-winning performances all through his career. The dart is available in both steel and soft tip at 21.5g, with steel tip darts available at 23 and 24g.

Joe Cullen having made his Premier League debut and won the Masters at the start of the year, sees a new set of custom products including his new edition signature, Ignition, set of darts available at 23g as well as a brand-new tour edition case and a very own signature board surround.

Danny Noppert won his very first televised major title back in March and receives his very own Freeze collection darts for 2023 with Onyx performance coating. “Winmau’s intelligent design delivers outstanding accuracy and world-class control”. The Welsh manufacturer have included Axis Grip Control and Prism Technology and the dart is available in sizes 18, 22 and 24g.

The number one darting manufacturer has also introduced brand new dart designs, such as the Valhalla which takes a classic dart design that everyone loves but including up to date added features including Onyx Coating and Gold Plating. The dart is available in sizes 22 and 24g with a black groove and a laser etched Winmau logo.

Another new 2023 collection product is the Diablo design that is now available in many sizes, with Vecta shafts and Prism Alpha extra thick flights included with the new look darts. Like the Valhalla, the set includes a Winmau W logo but a red groove colour.

Winmau have also included brand new board surrounds both player-inspired, as well as many others including a Miami and a Blade 6 design.

Darts cases are vital equipment in the sport and Winmau are once again on hand with a brand-new range of case designs such as the Aviator Pro Dart case and the Blade 6 XL Darts case. The new Aviator case includes enough space to fit two sets of arrows as well as a place for your flights, stems, etc.

Winmau started the year with the introduction of the Blade 6 dartboard with the PDC signing them as the new board provider for all events and set to feature in the World Championship a month from now for the first time.

The end of the year has provided even more excitement with the introduction of the 2023 collection, with the likes of Michael van Gerwen and Joe Cullen all coming out on social media to praise their new darts and the launch put together by the biggest manufacturer in Darts.
