UK Q School

Former World Championship Finalist, Andy Hamilton, headlined the eight players to progress through to the Final Stage of UK Q School during Tuesday’s play, as ‘The Hammer’ bids to win back his Tour Card, after recording victories over Neeman Hasida, Mark McGeeney, Lewis Gurney, Mark Blandford, Adam Warner and John Bowles.

Former Tour Card Holders, Josh Payne and Chris Quantock, who both were defeated in the Last 16 and deciding round during Day One of Stage One on Monday, went a step further as they secured automatic qualification through to the Final Stage, by defeating Dan Read and Scott Baker respectively in the Last 16.

Another Former Tour Card Holder, Nick Kenny, also progressed through to the Final Stage, and he was joined by his fellow Welsh compatriot, Mike Warburton and English trio, Graham Usher, Jim Moston and David Sumner, who are all bidding to win Tour Cards for the first time in their careers.
