Teehan Tops Table

Ciaran Teehan moved to the top of the table on Tuesday, after winning four of his five matches on Day 2 and looks set to secure his place in Saturday’s finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.

Teehan, who entered Tuesday’s play on 6 points from the opening day of Group A, won four matches from five to move top of the table, as he recorded victories over Tony Wood, John Part, William Borland and Adam Hunt, with his only defeat coming against Steve West, to sit on 14 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, William Borland is also currently on 14 points overall, but sits in 2^nd behind Teehan on leg difference, whilst Adam Hunt sits in 3^rd on 12 points, Steve West in 4^th on 10 points, Tony Wood in 5^th on 8 points and John Part bottom on 2 points.

The Modus Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Teehan leading the way thus far. Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups in Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.

Play will begin at 9:30am GMT on Wednesday and will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
