Neil Duff was this week’s Wednesday Warrior and secured his place in Saturday’s finale. The reigning WDF World Champion won three of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.
Duff, who entered Wednesday’s play on 16 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall by winning three matches from five, as he recorded victories against Niall Culleton, Adam Hunt and Marvin Van Velzen, with his two defeats coming against Stuart White and Bradly Roes, to end on 22 points from a possible 30.
Elsewhere, Niall Culleton and Stuart White will compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall on 18 points each. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Andy Jenkins, Matthew Dennant and Johnny Haines.
Adam Hunt, Bradly Roes and Marvin Van Velzen will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively overall, with Hunt ending on 14 points, Roes on 12 points and Van Velzen on 6 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Conan Whitehead, Jeremy Fagg and Trina Gulliver.
Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
Play will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Sporty Stuff TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
