THE TENDRING DARTS MASTERS is headed towards its inaugural climax at the princess Theatre in Clacton on October 26th.
Qualifiers have been held across the area during the earlier part of 2024 and finals night will feature the 8 who have triumphed.
The event has been setup to pay tribute to the late Rab Scott. Rab was a Clacton based player and former England International and Professional in the 80s, who also competed in the BDO world darts championships twice amongst other televised tournaments.
A tribute will also be paid to Rab on the night with some familiar faces from the darting world in attendance, amongst them 2024 World Seniors Champion of Champions Richie Howson.
Darts Legends and former England team mates of Rab’s, Bobby George and former Ladies world number 1 Linda Duffy along with former PDC title winner Steve Maish.
Alan Currivan has developed the events and secured the involvement of players, officials and several sponsors including Greene King IPA, Olivers Autos, DB Darts, Buddies Tattoos and SDG Custom Designs.
Money will also be raised for charity via the event which carries a £2,500 Prize Fund…!
