Van den Herik Heads Super Series Table

Jamai Van den Herik moved to the top of the table on Tuesday, after winning all five of his matches on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s MODUS Super Series finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.

Van den Herik, who entered Tuesday’s play on 4 points from the opening day of Group A, completed a clean sweep with five wins from five to go top of the table, as he recorded victories against Kurt Parry, Sam Spivey, Scott Campbell, Martyn Turner and Kevin Lankhuizen, to sit on 14 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Scott Campbell is the closest competitor to Van den Herik, with the Scotsman sitting in 2^nd overall on 14 points and just behind on leg difference, whilst Sam Spivey sits in 3^rd on 12 points, Kevin Lankhuizen and Kurt Parry sitting 4^th and 5^th on 8 points each, with Martyn Turner sitting bottom on 4 points.

The MODUS Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Van den Herik leading the way thus far.

Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups for Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.

Play will begin at 9:30am BST on Wednesday and will be streamed live on The MODUS YouTube channel, Pluto TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
