Charlie Manby secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the MODUS Super Series.
Charlie, who entered Wednesday’s play on 18 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall after winning all five of his matches, as he recorded victories against Rene Eidams, Bradley O’Connor, Janis Pinka, Jenson Walker and Scott Taylor, to end on 28 points from a possible 30 overall.
Elsewhere, Scott Taylor and Jenson Walker will both compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall on 18 points each. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Steve Beaton, Mike Warburton and Conan Whitehead.
Rene Eidams, Janis Pinka and Bradley O’Connor will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively overall, with Eidams ending on 14 points, Pinka on 8 points and O’Connor on 4 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Johnny Haines, Carl Wilson and Oliver King.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
