Jeffrey De Zwaan maintained his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after winning four of his five matches on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s MODUS Super Series finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.
De Zwaan, who entered Tuesday’s play on 8 points from the opening day of Group A, won four matches from five again to remain at the top of the table, as he recorded victories against Derek Coulsen, Marcel Otter, Danny Van Trijp and Tomoya Goto, with his only defeat coming against Scott Robertson, to sit on 16 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Scott Robertson is the closest competitor to De Zwaan, with the Scotsman sitting in 2nd overall on 12 points, whilst Derek Coulsen and Danny Van Trijp sit 3rd and 4th respectively on 10 points each, with Marcel Otter and Tomoya Goto sitting 5th and 6th on 6 points each.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with De Zwaan leading the way thus far.
Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups in Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.
