Chas Barstow was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week 10 at the Modus Super Series, after defeating Richie Howson in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 top prize.
Barstow, who entered the finale having won Group B on Thursday and Friday, began the night by winning just one of his two group phase matches, as he firstly defeated Neil Wild before suffering a defeat to Jamie Atkins.
However, the Englishman did progress through to the Semi Finals where he came up against Brian Raman and from there, Barstow dispatched of the Belgian, 4-2, to book his place in the final.

In the decider, Barstow came up against Richie Howson, who’d defeated Jamie Atkins in the last four, and in a battle between two English compatriots, it was Barstow who came out on top defeating ‘The Owl’ 4-2 to seal his place in Champions Week as well as collecting £5,000 in prize money.
The MODUS Super Series returns on Monday with the start of Week 11, with the first of three days of Group A commencing, with the field including Former PDC Tour Card Holders Steve West, William Borland and Danny Van Trijp.
