Johnny Haines, Lewis Cook, Jamie Owens, Reece Robinson (pictured) and Steve West all secured their places in Saturday’s Finale on Friday after coming through their respective groups at the MODUS Super Series darts, to join Scott Robertson, the winner of Group A earlier in the week.
Haines, who entered Friday’s play on 10 points from the opening day of Group C, topped the group overall after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five.
The 62-year-old recorded victories against Jake Neale, Lewis Cook, Scott Winder, Francesco Basili and Chuck Puleo, to end on a maximum 20 points from a possible 20 overall.
Elsewhere, Lewis Cook (pictured) also progressed through to Saturday’s Finale, after finishing 2nd overall on 14 points, whilst Jake Neale finished 3rd on 10 points, Scott Winder in 4th on 8 points, with Chuck Puleo and Francesco Basili finishing 5th and 6th on 4 points each.
In Group B, Jamie Owens topped the group overall after winning three of his four matches on Thursday Evening, as he recorded victories against Scott Taylor, Conan Whitehead and Steve West, with his only defeat coming against Reece Robinson, to end on 14 points from a possible 16 overall.

Elsewhere, Reece Robinson and Steve West also progressed through to Saturday’s Finale, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall, with Robinson ending on 12 points and West on 8 points, whilst Conan Whitehead finished 4th on 4 points and Scott Taylor bottom on 2 points.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Saturday with the conclusion of Week Eight with the six players battling it out for just one spot up for grabs at Champions Week, with play commencing from 7:30pm BST.
