Last Roll Of The Dice For Lakeside

Play The Pro Darts Scorer

The final six spots at the 2026 WDF World Championships will be up for grabs this Sunday in the last chance qualifier at Lakeside.

It is the last throw of the dice. The first set of qualifiers was staged under the Las Vegas lights in July during World Masters week. The second and final one comes to Frimley Green on Sunday, with the World Championship itself running from 27 November to 6 December.

Six seats remain. Two in the Open, two in the Open Youth and one each in the Women’s and Girls events/ those who grab one will get an early taste of the famous Lakeside stage before the main event begins.

Saturday: The Lakeside Open

Before a single Worlds ticket is handed out, there is a title to be won. The Lakeside Open, on Saturday 31 October, is a Silver-graded WDF ranking event and the final senior ranking tournament of the 2025/26 season.

What happens on Saturday feeds directly into the last ranking and race-table places for the World Championship, so players chasing a spot via the back door have reason to be sharp before Sunday arrives.

Open, Women’s, Youth U18 and Girls U18 competitions all run on the day.

Sunday: Six Seats

Then comes the main business. Sunday’s qualifiers carry no grading, no prize money and one prize. A ticket to the Worlds.

  • Open (Two Places): The winners of the two semi-finals go through, so there is no final.
  • Women (One place): The winner of the final books the ticket.
  • Youth U18 (Two places): The winners of the semi-finals qualify.
  • Girls U18 (One place): The winner of the final qualifies.
