John Henderson and Jelle Klaasen secured their spots at the Austrian Darts Open on Sunday, after coming through the 5th Associate Member Qualifier of the year, as the weekend’s action came to a close at Halle 39, Hildesheim.
Former World Cup of Darts Winner, Henderson, who secured his spot at the European Darts Open (ET2) on Friday, went all the way once again, as he recorded a succession of victories against Marco Obst, Kevin Blomme, Gino Vos, Michele Turetta, Jimmy Van Schie and Stefan Bellmont in the decider.
Former World Champion, Klaasen secured a spot on the European Tour for the first time in 2023, as he recorded a succession of victories against Andre Ritter, Kenny Neyens, Marcel Gerdon, Philip Van Gasse, Martijn Dragt and Dennie Olde Kalter in the decider.
The next set of Associate Members Qualifiers will take place between March 29-30th for European Tour Events 6-8, taking place in Riesa, Germany ahead of the International Darts Open.
